i was exiting at bugis mrt station on the way to take my exam. and there was this group of tourist ( i believe they were from philipines?). wad annoyed me was tt they were being stopped by the ‘transit security’ personnel who went to ask them to open their LUGGAGE!. so these tourists, about 5 of them, were busily, panickly rushed to open thier luggage. com’on lar. hu in the world wanna cause so much inconvenience for them to open their luggage. luggage were packed to the brim! it was seriously unsightly ar. n the transit security personnel kept asking them ‘what was in tt bag? tt plastic bag?’ etc etc etc. do u expect a bomb to be inside there? a tourists’ luggage. a GROUP of tourist!.

i myself was stopped for 2 or three times by the transit personnel on different occasions at the bt batok mrt. do i look like a terrorist? or whatever shit they wanna tink of me. i OPENED my bag to let him check and after a merely few seconds without scanning thru my bag, he told me i can go! what is e point jus LOOKING into a bag without scanning and serarching for any IED or weapons.?

damn. checking for the sake of jus checking. somebody have to do something bout tis.
