i have been religiously running 5km a day for the past week. im totally geared up for enlistment.

on a random note, my weight is playing a fool. i weighed 74kg two weeks ago. n yet after a week of constant running, i now weighed 78kg. how bout that. an instant 5 kg increased. thus my BMI is nw 24.9? slightly overweight?

i recalled the incident during my NS medical check up in late december that i was declared PES B status. the reason the Medical Officer gave me was that i was slightly overweight at 79 kg. and he told me tt i nid to lose ard 5 kg to be in e ideal weight category.

i would love to be weighed at 74 kg but i cant seem to lower my weight down. its either 78 or 79 kg each time when i weighed.

i thought that one will burn fats or calories or wadever when one worked out at high intensity for a period of time? dun tell me tt i gained 5kg instantly by just running everyday?
